The JIT-SD205H is a high-performance, 24V automatic soldering machine engineered for precision multi-wire welding in industrial production lines. Equipped with a dedicated 160W high-frequency CNC soldering station, it delivers consistent, repeatable solder joints across a wide range of components — from connectors and terminals to circuit boards and wiring harnesses. Designed for 24-hour uninterrupted operation with easy parameter control and low operator skill threshold.
By using a precision stepper motor tin control system, the JIT-SD205H eliminates the inconsistency of manual soldering while keeping operating costs and noise levels low. The machine supports solder wire diameters from 0.5mm to 1.2mm (1.5mm and 2.0mm available on custom order), with a dedicated nozzle for each gauge to ensure clean, jam-free feeding every cycle.
With manual height and width stroke adjustment (0–50mm range), it adapts quickly to different product batches without tooling changes. A built-in equipotential grounding hole protects sensitive ESD-rated components during the welding process.
